Welcome to the Red Rose City Chorus web page! We are a group of women who sing a cappella barbershop four-part harmony. Although we represent the city of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, we are fortunate enough to have members from a four-county area.
We Are Going Places!
Red Rose City Chorus is a solid top-ranked chorus in the Atlantic Bay-Mountain Region. Steadily progressing, matching our musical prowess in a field of 21 choruses in the 2009 Region 19 Convention Competition, we improved our score by 21 points over the 2008 contest.
We’ve been winning medals since 2003 allowing us to stay in the top three of the rankings amongst mid-sized choruses in a region chock-full of talented choruses. We have two dreams: the first is to become eligible to advance to the chorus competition held at the annual International Education Symposium; and the second is to attain a score of 600 and earn our beloved director the title of Master Director.

Being a member of Sweet Adelines is about hard work and education. But it's also about making friends and having a fantastic time.
