Notewithstanding, blending voices from the Red Rose City and Greater Harrisburg choruses, has been singing together for over six years. They have been awarded the novice quartet award and most recently, fifth place medalist in the Region 19 quartet competition in Ocean City, MD. Their motto is " The life we love is making music with our friends." Notewithstanding has enjoyed entertaining for special events throughout Lancaster County and the Harrisburg area.
